The MHSTCC includes six voting members and six non-voting members.

Mid-Hudson South Mobility Advisory Forum
The Mid-Hudson South Mobility Advisory Forum (MAF) consists of technical staff from the six voting members, representatives from the employer community, the environmental community, disability community, government agencies, and other interested parties, as well as the general public. The objectives of the MAF are to: Advise MHSTCC members on public outreach and input regarding transportation related projects and programs; provide a regional forum for proactive public outreach and obtain public input for MHSTCC activities, including proposed projects and programs, and additional items of regional interest related to transportation; and provide a mechanism for public outreach for member agencies, at their option, to obtain public input on all required FHWA and FTA activities.
