Public comments received during review periods are shared with NYMTC’s member agencies, and summaries of comments are incorporated in the final document.

Public Comment Opens October 21st for Proposed Amendments to the TIP

Adopted NYMTC FFYs 2026-2030 TIP

The New York Metropolitan Transportation Council (NYMTC) has announced a public comment period for proposed amendments to the Federal Fiscal Years 2026-2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The comment period runs from Wednesday, October  21, 2026, through Friday, October 30, 2026. Comments must be submitted in writing to NYMTC-TIP@dot.ny.gov or through NYMTC’s Project Tracker site no later than 4:00 p.m. on October 30, 2026.
