Administrative Modification (2/14/19)
The following administrative modifications were made to Plan 2045 on 2-14-2019
Vision Element
- Removal of NY 27, CR 46 To Barnes Rd: Add Diamond Interchange at NY27/Barnes Rd. project (Plan Number NSSC655) from the Vision Element. The System Enhancement project is constrained in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), as illustrated in Attachments 1 and 2 below.
- Removal of the Arthur E. Sheridan Expressway Enhancement project (Plan Number NYCBX2550) from the Vision Element. The reconstruction project is now constrained.
- Addition of the NY111 Safety Improvements: Townline Road to NY347 (Plan Number NSSC1126) project to the Vision Element.
- Cross Harbor Program (Plan Number: NYCBK186V) no longer has Tier II EIS included in description. The Tier II EIS portion is active.
Financial Table
Adjustments to the costs of System Enhancement projects as shown in Attachment 1 below, and consequently, Table 7.2 of Chapter 7 of Plan 2045 as shown in Attachment 2 below.
