Join us for a presentation by Dr. Mohamad Talas on the status of New York City’s Connected Vehicle Pilot Project. Dr. Talas will discuss the pilot project’s findings with regard to its goals of:

> Improving safety through the reduction of vehicle and pedestrian crashes, injuries, and fatalities; and
-
> Improving mobility and reliability through crash prevention and lower crash severity.
He will also discuss how scalable management and data collection systems were created to determine the degree to which the pilot project met these goals.
