The September 11th Memorial Program for Regional Transportation Planning honors three NYMTC staff members who perished in the attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001: Ignatius Adanga, Charles Lesperance, and See Wong Shum. The Program aids students and organizations with projects in both academic and public policy arenas to educate and motivate those who are interested in transportation technology and planning.
Virtual presentations will be offered on Wednesday, September 9 at 12:00 p.m. by six exceptional students who served as NYMTC’s 2026 September 11th Memorial Scholars.
