NYMTC's approach to developing its work program is built on its mission and the shared vision of its members as presented in the Regional Transportation Plan. These key touchstones define and guide NYMTC's transportation planning process, along with the national planning emphasis areas specified by federal regulations.
NYMTC's UPWP
NYMTC's work program is developed annually. It defines the planning priorities in the 10-county planning area and describes all federally-funded transportation-related planning activities anticipated within a given program year.

NYMTC's Regional Transportation Plan serves as a foundation for the annually-developed work program.
