Title VI/Non-Discrimination Program Complaint Form
NYMTC's Title VI/Non-Discrimination Complaint Procedure is the process by which NYMTC receives and investigates complaints of discrimination while ensuring due process for complainants and respondents. The procedure does not preclude NYMTC from attempting to informally resolve complaints where possible.
All complaints are routed to the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) Regional Office as FHWA is responsible for all decisions regarding whether a complaint should be accepted, dismissed, or referred to another agency.
Any individual who believes they have been subject to discrimination has a right to file a complaint within 180 calendar days of the alleged occurrence.
