The input and participation of people who live, work and do business in Long Island Sound Waterfront communities and the surrounding region will be critical to the success of the planning process. For this reason, wide range of project meetings will be scheduled, including Open House-style forums to solicit input at key project milestones and special workshops where community members are invited to participate in the process of evaluating potential alternatives. Also included in the outreach effort are a series of meetings of the Waterborne Plan Advisory Committee, interviews with key stakeholders, and this website - which will be updated frequently throughout the project.
