Halstead Avenue and Ward Place, Mamaroneck

Location W026 is the intersection of Halstead Avenue and Ward Avenue in Mamaroneck. It is a signalized T-intersection with Ward Avenue as the stem of the “T”. The Mamaroneck Train Station is also at the study location and is shown in Figure W05-026-1. Halstead Avenue is a two-way north-south roadway with one travel lane in each direction and sidewalks on both sides of the roadway, as shown in Figures W05-026-2 and -3. Ward Avenue is a two-way east-west roadway with one travel lane in each direction and sidewalks on both sides of the roadway, as shown in Figure W05-026-4. |
