Locations W024 and W025 are along Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains at the intersections of Ridgeway and the entrance to Saxon Woods Park, respectively. Both are signalized intersections. Figures W04-025-1 through -4 and Figures 04-025-1 through -4 shows Mamaroneck Avenue and the Entrance to Saxon Woods Park. Mamaroneck Avenue runs north-south and has two shared lanes and one left-turn bay in each direction at both study locations. At Mamaroneck Avenue and the Entrance to Saxon Woods Park, Mamaroneck Avenue has a sidewalk on the east side south of the intersection and it has shoulders on both sides. The entrance to Saxon Woods Park has one travel lane in each direction. East of the intersection, there is an entrance to a corporate park. There are no shoulders or sidewalks at the entrance to Saxon Woods Park. |
