Bear Mountain Bridge and Bear Mountain Bridge Road

Location W012 , Bear Mountain Bridge path at Bear Mountain Bridge Road, is shown in Figures W04-012-1 through -5. Bear Mountain Bridge Road runs north-south with one travel lane in each direction and there is a stop sign for vehicles turning right onto the bridge. The Bear Mountain Bridge runs east-west and provides a pathway on both sides of the bridge. The path on the bridge is narrow and bicyclists must walk their bike over the bridge, as can be seen in Figure W04-012-4. During the time of data collection, the southern path was closed for the bridge construction (Figure W04-012-5). |
