Location W011 is at the intersection of Hartsdale Avenue and Central Park Avenue (NY 100) in Greenburgh, as shown in Figures W04-011-1 through -5. It is a four-leg signalized intersection. Central Park Avenue runs north-south and has two travel lanes in each direction with a sidewalk on both sides of the roadway. Hartsdale Avenue runs east-west and has one travel lane in each direction with a sidewalk on both sides of the roadway. This intersection has heavy traffic volumes and moderate pedestrian volumes.
