Location Su040 is the intersection of NY 25A West Broadway and Barnum Avenue in Port Jefferson, a four-legged signalized intersection. Barnum Avenue is a two-way north-south roadway with one travel lane on the south leg of the intersection, as shown in Figure Su05-040-2. The north leg of the intersection is the exit for a parking lot, as shown in Figure Su05-040-1. NY 25A is a two-way east-west roadway with one through lane and one left turn lane on the east leg of the intersection, as shown in Figure Su05-040-3; and one through lane and one right turn lane on the west leg of the intersection, as shown in Figure Su05-040-4. Sidewalks are provided on both sides of both roadways as shown in Figures Su05-040-1 through -4. |
