Location Su027 is the intersection of NY 25 and NY 25A in Calverton. It is a signalized T-intersection with NY 25A as the stem of the “T”. NY 25A, the north leg of the intersection, is a two-way north-south roadway with one travel lane in each direction and a shoulder on both sides of the roadway, as shown in Su05-027-1. NY 25 is a two-way east-west roadway with one shared through/left turn lane and a channelized right turn lane on the east leg of the intersection, as shown in Figure Su05-027-2. NY 25 has one travel lane on the west leg of the intersection, and a shoulder on the south side of the roadway, as shown in Figure Su05-027-3. |
