Narrows Road and Hylan Boulevard

Location S012 is located along Hylan Boulevard at Narrows Road. Figures S04-012-1 through -8 show Hylan Boulevard and Narrows Boulevard. Hylan Boulevard runs along nearly the entire west side of Staten Island. Hylan Boulevard runs north-south for most of its span and changes direction to east-west along the southern part of Staten Island where location S017 was counted. Location S04-012, Narrows Road and Hylan Boulevard, is actually four intersections. Hylan Boulevard’s northbound and southbound lanes split just south of the Staten Island Expressway and merge back together just north of the Staten Island Expressway, while North Narrows Road and South Narrows Road are separated by the Staten Island Expressway. |
