Location R014 is the intersection of NY 303 Commonwealth Avenue and CR 80 Lake Road in Congers, a signalized four-legged intersection. NY 303 is a two-way north-south roadway with one travel lane in each direction and shoulders on both sides of the roadway, as shown in Figures R05-014-1 and -2. CR 80 is a two-way east-west roadway with one right turn lane and one shared through/left turn lane on the westbound approach of the intersection, one travel on the eastbound approach of the intersection, and sidewalks on both sides or the roadway, as shown in Figure R05-014-3 and -4. |
