Underhill Avenue and Long Island Expressway Service Roads

Location Q025, the Long Island Expressway North Service Road at Underhill Avenue. Figures Q04-025-3 through -5 show the Long Island Expressway South Service Road at Peck Avenue. Both are T-intersections with Underhill Avenue and Peck Avenue controlled by a stop sign. Both Underhill Avenue and Peck Avenue run north-south with one travel lane in each direction with sidewalks on both sides. Underhill Ave has a shoulder on the west side just north of the intersection. The Long Island Expressway South Service Road has three eastbound travel lanes and sidewalk on the south side. The Long Island Expressway North Service Road has three westbound travel lanes and sidewalk on the north side. |
