Flushing Bay Promenade at 31st Drive

Location Q001, Flushing Bay Promenade at 31st Drive, is shown in Figures Q04-001-1 through -3. It is a multi-use path that runs north-south along Flushing Bay Promenade and connects LaGuardia Airport and the marina area near Shea Stadium (Figures Q03-001-1 and -2). The count location was at 31st Drive, where a pedestrian overpass over the Grand Central Parkway provides access. There is also access at the 27th Avenue pedestrian overpass. There are no posted signs or pavement markings. The path is constructed of hexagonal pavers. |
