East River Esplanade at 14th Street Near Con-Ed

Location M026, the East River Path at 14th Street, near the Con-Ed complex, is shown in Figures M04-026-1 through -3 and Figures M05-026-1 and 2. It is a multi-use path running north-south with the closest access at 10th Street. The condition of the path is much better north of 14th Street than it is south of 14th Street as shown in Figures M04-026-1, and -3. There are pavement markings to delineate usage and direction north of 14th Street, but none south of 14th Street as shown in Figures M05-026-1 and -2. |
