East River Esplanade at Montgomery Street

Locations M019, M021, M024 are along the East River Path at Montgomery Street, Delancey Street, and 10th Street, respectively.Figures M04-019-1 through -4 show the path at Montgomery Street. The East River Path runs north-south between the FDR Drive and the East River. It is a multi-use path with no pavement markings but has posted signs telling users to respect others and go slowly. There is an access point at each of the study locations. Pedestrian bridges at Delancey Street and 10th Street are shown in Figures M04-022-1 and M04-024-1. Montgomery Street has at grade access to the street as shown in Figures M04-019-3, and -4. |
