Location Bx039 is the New England Thruway (I-95) pedestrian path over Amtrak rail lines. It is a north-south paved path along the east side of the New England Thruway and is separated from travel lanes on I-95 by a metal railing and/or grass lawn, as shown in Figures Bx05-039-1 through Bx05-039-4. |
